Welcome to the Cardio Room!

This is where you can log all your aerobic exercise, so every time you go for a walk, hike,
or bike, jot it down! We'll keep a running tally for you, so you can view your Exercise Log
(all daily entries) or your Exercise History (a summary report) any time you wish. Be sure
to keep track of all your workouts, because you'll never know when we'll be doing "random
acknowledgements". (a FitToons favorite…) FYI, this is also where you'll log your exercise
for the incentive contests we'll be coordinating, and for Bens Walking Club that starts
January 20th.
